Therefore, on Thursday, a panel session that will focus on China's mobile payment providers (WeChat Pay, AliPay and China UnionPay) will be held by Chelsea Securities Vice President Fred Lum and Le Prevost Consultancy CEO Robin Le Prevost. The main subjects that will be covered are market share, product differentiation and whether co-existence between WeChat and AliPay is impossible or unavoidable.

iGaming in Sub-Saharan Africa

A separate discussion will focus on Africa and the challenges of doing business there.

The head of digital strategy at Barclays Africa Group Ltd., Priya Thakoor, will focus into the best payment options for iGaming in Sub-Saharan Africa. Basically, she will cover payment methods available for this region, payment usage and behavioral patterns in the market. Topics that will be discussed include QR codes, near field communication, mobile money and biometrics.

These panel sessions are part of the Payment Solutions Summit, a dedicated conference that focuses on the rapidly growing payments sector. Held at the iGaming Super Show 2017, the conference will provide a comprehensive overview of the entire global payments ecosystem.
